Modern women think it's okay to feed their babies bottled formula. But for your baby, breast feeding could mean better development and a higher IQ. Studies have shown that you could have a stronger smarter baby by breast feeding!
When breast feeding, your breasts can become hard and heavy, hurt, swell up, and feel like they have been bitten. But for your baby it is life giving.
Study after study has demonstrated breast feeding leads to a higher IQ (intellingence). Plus, your baby develops a stronger immune system compared to those fed with formulas. For example this stronger immune system demonstrated helping your baby fight baby rash and even cancer.
Position your baby for breast feeding. Use both breasts (not at the same time). Rub a bit of breast milk to on your nipples after breast feeding. The milk after feeding your baby is rich in lubricant and has antibiotic properties.
If you do decide to give your baby that extra boost, remember this tip:
When showering, do not use soap on your nipples ( your life giving nipples
already produce a natural antiseptic and soap is not neccesary. Plus soap contains perfumes and other chemicals).
And most important, do not forget to always show your baby lots of love! Loved babies = strong babies. Plus, studies have shown that zero love / attention can kill a baby!
